Coronavirus Day 4: 3/23/2020

Now there are 372,594 cases in the world and 16,313 deaths. There are 41,569 cases and 504 deaths in the U.S. This morning, Santa Clara County unveils an emergency fund to help low-income families during the coronavirus pandemic; it is an $11 million relief program. UC Berkeley is the first college to move to a pass-fail grading system. Tom Hanks and his wife are both feeling better. Democrats blocked a $2 trillion coronavirus bill for the second day in a row. Everyone is continuing to maintain social distancing.
